My name is Ramón, welcome to my website! I am a software engineer working in quantum computing. I have a Ph.D. in physics with a focus on theoretical chemistry. Being a polyglot programmer, I enjoy coding in C++, Python, Racket, and BQN. Additionally, I am proficient in performance engineering and parallel computing. Beyond my scientific pursuits, I find joy in progressive rock and in the craft of verses.

I've rediscovered the Lisp arts and the power of functional programming, ergo my affinity for Emacs and NixOS. I hold in high regard the expressive power of array languages and embrace the principle of notation as a tool of thought as fundamental to my computational philosophy.
